What is '4'?

‘4’ is an innovative service whereby we can manage all the administration associated with your people management, including risk management, labour law compliance, payroll and employment taxes under an efficient cost saving arrangement.

Clients have access to specialists who can provide expertise in a number of areas, including human resources, recruitment, compliance, benefits, training and risk management, which means that they can get on with the core activities and increase profits. You may be able to offer top-notch benefits not available to your competitors, so are able to attract and retain better employees.

The client company manages product development and production, marketing, sales, and service, maintaining supervision and control of employees including wage and scheduling matters, but leave the administrative duties to us.
